Aaron is a boy with a tough background. You see this reflecting in his behavior. He was placed with us by the child protection together with his older brother Ambrose in July 2017.

The boys ended up in child protection through their grandmother. Grandma took the boys, together with two other brothers, away from the parental home. The father of the boys has a drinking problem and abused everyone in the family. Eventually the mother left and the neighbors rang the emergency bell.

Aaron has a long way to go, his brother as well. Fortunately, he has been going to school since January 2018, bringing a bit more structure, social interaction and new learning moments into his life.

Aaron is often sitting somewhere in a corner with a book or trying to break the punching ball and checks every round whether his muscles have already grown. Playing with toys is not going well yet. Because everything he touches breaks. The boxing ball is not so bad to play with!
